DentFlow works on a simple pricing model. You start with DentFlow, and can add voice replies if you'd like.

The base subscription that runs on your website, knows your clinic, and handles 24/7 written communication with your patients.

Choose Voice

Turn on voice replies for your website whenever you like — text or voice, your choice.

Setup & Payment

You'll find the one-time setup fee and the subscription billing schedule below.

Setup Fee and Payment Terms

DentFlow has a one-time setup and configuration fee of €150.

Stage 1 · At Signing

€100

At contract signing, €100 is collected and setup work begins.

Non-refundable

Stage 2 · Ready for Use

€50 + first 6 months

Once DentFlow has been fully configured and is ready for use, the remaining €50 setup fee is collected together with the first 6 months of the selected subscription.

After That · Every 6 Months

6-Month Period

Subscriptions are billed in 6-month periods and collected at the start of each new period.

Total setup fee: €150 (€100 at signing + €50 when ready for use)
