Data Controller: Personal data you share through this form (full name, email address and message content) is processed by DentFlow (operating under KOBY SOFT) as data controller under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
Purpose of Processing: The data you share is processed solely to evaluate your request, respond to you, and carry out the communication process.
Legal Basis: Your data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, and in reliance on it being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and on legitimate interest, under KVKK Art. 5/2(c) and (f).
Retention Period: Your data is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and for the applicable legal limitation periods, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
